1 – EXCLUSIVE OFFICE AVAILABLE: 

• Availability on 15/06/2025 of an exclusive office of 12m2 equipped with 1 workstation, located on the 1st floor of our Forum business center, at 28 boulevard Princesse Charlotte. 
• This office is suitable for a company with 1 administrative employee
• The monthly rent for this office is 2700 euros excl. tax + 20% VAT and we ask you to subscribe to one of our packs (at 50€ excl. tax or 90€ excl. tax per month depending on your needs). 

2 – SERVICES:

Our centres are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, while access to the exclusive office is possible 24/7.

• We have 2 strategic addresses located in the Carré d'Or of Monaco :
  • The Villa les Gaumates, located at 1 boulevard Princesse Charlotte at the exit of the station with the presence of a concierge
  • The Forum, at 28 boulevard Princesse Charlotte, above the Casino gardens

Parking spaces in the 1st basement of the Villa Les Gaumates building are also available for rent. It is accessed by elevator and the car park is under video surveillance. 

• Regardless of the centre where the activity is located, our clients have access to the infrastructures of our 2 addresses according to their needs, both for shared office spaces and for our meeting and relaxation rooms.
• Our housekeeper comes by every day to maintain the offices and our common areas. Men's and women's toilets are available as well as a shower.
• All our workspaces have ADSL access by Wifi and/or cable and a Monegasque landline can be made available to your activity. We respond in a personalized way on behalf of the activity and we send messages by email. The allocation of the telephone line is included in the package as well as 3 messages per day or 50 per month.

• We also offer other services that are partly mentioned in our attached brochure, such as networking sessions, meeting rooms, the creation of the company's graphic charter.  Customers of our center benefit from one hour of free meetings per month.

• For more than 30 years, we have also had a translation and interpreting service in our centre for all free and sworn translations, regardless of the field and language combination. Cats Traduction is an international agency that has become a reference partner for many companies in Monaco over the years.  Clients of our centre receive a discount on their first translation request.

3 - NETWORKING _ COMMUNICATION: 

• B-to-B meetings and themed breakfasts are organized free of charge for guests of our business center, during which they will have the opportunity to develop their business.
• And as a customer of our center, you will also have the opportunity to communicate about your company via our monthly newsletter and social networks. You will have access to a large network of customers and service providers, thus offering you development opportunities for your activity and your business. 

4 – WORK & CARE:

• You will be offered access to our relaxation rooms and our Harmoniesens activities, a unique concept in Monaco for corporate well-being. 
• One guided relaxation session per week is offered to all our guests, and they can access even more well-being with our Business Harmony, Business Wellness and Business Wellness Premium Packs described in our attached brochure.  A subscription to one of these packs is required.
• Harmoniesens organizes yoga sessions, pilates, seated and table massages, foot reflexology, meditation sessions...  

Our centers are equipped with reverse osmosis water, which is water purified by a filtering system and then revitalized with a vortex jug.
