First: Intended for non-Monegasque Residents. Provision of a workspace for a period of 3 years. From 750 euros excl. tax/month (or 900 euros excl. tax/month depending on the configuration).
Administrative accommodation: For entrepreneurs in their own name. Office available for a period of 3 years, renewable. From 650 euros excl. VAT/month.
Campus: Intended for SCS, SNC and SARL. Provision of an office for a maximum period of 3 years. From 950 euros excl. VAT/month.
Campus Plus: For SCS, SNC and SARL without employees, with an unlimited duration. 1,500 euros excl. VAT/month.
Meeting room: Rental of a meeting room that can accommodate up to 14 people.
